Event Submission Guidelines

The core of Camp Contact events is a series of workshops focused on Contact Improvisation, Acro Yoga, Authentic Relating, and Ecstatic Dance.  We have several other workshops related to embodiment, trauma release, relationships, and connection that we offer every year to the Burning Man community.  We have seven spaces at our camp where we offer these events, including four domes, an aluminet-covered expansive space known as the Alps, and our Pinwheel-shaded wooden dance floor.  Additionally, we offer some events at Center Camp and at the Temple.

We're excited that you're considering sharing your gifts in one of our spaces at Burning Man! Please check out our video about leading an event with us.  Please fill out the form below to indicate what kind of event you would like to offer, when you would prefer to run it, and what sort of space and other considerations you need.  The form includes the size of each space, so you can consider that in choosing a space for your event. You can also select a general time of day (from early morning to nighttime), or a more specific time of day if that is necessary for you.
